Hello my lovely Hivians and Splinterlands-Gamers and Collectors!
It has been a little bit more than a week since I posted an update on my doings of being a splinterlandlord, which refers to owning two land plots and buildings on them.
That means: IT IS HARVESTING TIME!
Selling my harvested IRON made me 27,8 DEC. Selling the GRAIN made 20,6. Still not the super high return on investment. Yes my land plots were cheap buying them for 12 dollars each in the presale, but they were idle for about two years generating nothing. Holding them at least gave me some SPS daily. So there was not NO return but if we compare it with a 20 -15% return on HBD....well...
Let's see how the future of Preatoria unfolds : )
