RE: A stroll through Andersonville, Chicago

in Wednesday Walk5 days ago

It looked like you were in a wee town not a fluffing great big city Super Eli!
When I saw Simon's Tavern, I thought it might be you went there for a pie! Simon the pieman!
Andersonville makes sense being Swedish, my great aunt married an Anderson it is a Scottish surname, the Swedish I am sure is Andersson with the double s. It is often their most common surname.
Great stroll and great you got to taste glögg.

Well I have umpteen walks that I have not posted and this might be the wee push I need! Thank you Super Eli and cheers to the glögg 💙

That's something I find fascinating about Chicago, every neighborhood seems like a small town with its own unique charm.

Jaja, Simon the pieman, I didn't remember that.
Well, go ahead and post those walks, Super Ed. I have tons to post too, let's see if I can keep up the momentum from the last few days, hehe.

Cheers to glögg 💙

I love your momentum, it is flying and I am finding it infectious! So keep it up Super Eli 💙
Ah yes Simon the Pieman, now I am thinking of pies jaja!

I just know of Chicago from you to be honest. I never took much interest in the town, just knowing it as the windy city...
