‎If money wasn’t a problem

‎Hi Hive,

‎It is another beautiful week and a great prompt from @indianunited community "If money wasn’t a problem, what would you buy—and why"

‎If money wasn’t a problem, surely my life would look different but not in the way most people might thought of but to my own will. It wouldn’t just be about buying expensive things or living a flashy or luxury lifestyle. For me, it would be about peace, freedom, joy and creating something meaningful from the life I’ve been given.

‎One of the first things I would “buy” is peace of mind. When growing up and even now, there are always responsibilities, bills, and pressures that come with trying to survive and move forward. If money wasn’t a problem, I would remove that constant stress. I would wake up each day not worrying about what is lacking, but focusing more on what I can build, enjoy and improve. That kind of mental freedom is something I deeply wanted.

‎Sencondly, I would also invest in myself, especially in my skills, my work. I already enjoy my plumbing work, and I know there is so much more I can improve on if I have the right resources and tools. I would get better tools that will make my work easier, neat and stress-free. I want to grow to a level where my work speaks for me and opens doors I never imagined.

‎Thirdly, family is everything and very important to me, so I would make sure they are comfortable and living a good life. I would support my parents and loved ones in ways that remove their struggles. Giving them a better life would mean a lot to me than buying anything for myself. I know what it feels like to not always have enough, so being able to change that story for my family would be a big achievement.

‎Moreso, I would also like to create opportunities for others, especially young people like me who have skills but lack support or direction. I would love to create a platform or community where someone like me can learn, grow, and even earn consistently without stress. I understand what it means to want to be consistent but struggle with motivation, right tools, or guidance. If I can solve that problem for others, it would also be really worth it.

‎Another thing I would like to do is investing in a comfortable and inspiring space for myself. Not just a house, but a place where I can think clearly, work peacefully, and be creative without distractions. A place that feels like mine and that reflects who I am becoming.

‎Travelling has been on my bucket list for some time. So I would also travel, not just for only enjoyment, but to see how life works outside my environment and witness different culture, learn new ways of thinking, and bring back ideas that can help me grow and also help others around me.

‎I would enjoy some level of comfort of course, like good food, nice clothes, nice cars, and a few things that make life easier and better, even though I don’t see myself chasing luxury just for the sake of it. Everything I would choose would have meaning behind it.

‎Lastly, I would love to give back to the society. Not just occasionally, but intentionally. I would support people who are trying but struggling to grow, just like I am because sometimes all someone needs is a little help to change their entire story.

‎So, I wouldn’t just spend, but I would build, support, grow, and live a life that truly reflects my values if money wasn’t a problem. Because for me, it’s not really about money but it’s about what money allows me to do, who it allows me to help, and the kind of person it helps me become. That's what really matters to me.
