I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
Even though I haven't talked about my diesel/liquidity pool adventures lately in these posts, they've continued to be a strong focus, with me still adding liquidity to a substantial number of different pools multiple times per day. I'm also still adding assets to new pools, as asset resources permit, and getting them past the threshold for liquidity rewards and/or pool fees. Of the approximately 100 pools in which I presently have assets, most are now generating pools fees (though there are a few stragglers that aren't yet), which means that my assets in those pools are growing on their own, without me having to do anything, and while that growth may be slow for many, especially in the early stages with lower liquidity, through compounding interest from pool fees, this growth is exponential, so it's ever accelerating. The more shares we have in a pool, the faster our assets in them grow through pool fees, and that's not even counting pools that offer daily liquidity rewards, which can strongly quicken the process even more.
The present fiat-dollar value of my assets in liquidity pools is between $406 to $424 (BeeSwap says $406, Tribaldex says $424), and I intend to increase that immensely over time, because I see clearly how mutually beneficial liquidity pools are, for me, for projects of tokens that I add as liquidity, and for the whole Hive Ecosystem. My liquidity now exceeded 1% of the total pool liquidity for 14 pools, SWAP.HIVE:PWR 2.166%, CENT:SWAP.BTC 1.240%, ARCHON:SWAP.HIVE 1.676%, MEME:PEPE 7.258%, DVS:DHEDGE 4.312%, SWAP.HIVE:ATF 1.566%, SWAP.HIVE:MEME 1.871%, CCC:MUSIC 1.267%, MEME:FUN 1.338%, SWAP.HIVE:VOTE 1.303%, HH:SWAP.HIVE 1.472%, PPDLR:PEPE 2.766%, PPBT:BBH 1.951%, and BRK:SWAP.HIVE 3.228%, with a few more getting close to passing the 1% threshold. That's quite good, but it's just the beginning.
Diesel/Liquidity Pools are one area of Hive investing, and supporting projects, communities, along with the whole Ecosystem, of which so few of my fellow Hivers, especially the newcomers, seem to be aware, or to utilize, and I want to help change that, because they are such an excellent way to our grow assets, and to simultaneously help support the greater community and Ecosystem. They are very win-win.
Think of liquidity pools like a bank/credit union savings account, where as long as our liquidity is past the threshold for pool fees, our assets in them will begin, and continue, to grow on their own. Similar to some bank/credit union accounts, some diesel pools offer daily liquidity rewards, which are basically daily dividends for our shares in the pool (as long as they're past the threshold for LP payouts). Since pool fees are automatically added to our liquidity in pools, our liquidity (paired assets in the pool) keeps compounding, which makes it easy to see that liquidity pools can be very useful investments indeed.
For any newcomers, or anyone who just doesn't know, while diesel/liquidity pools may seem complex, working with them is actually very easy, once you understand how they function, and I'm happy and willing to teach you how to make use of them. This is one area where video demonstrations would be super useful, because it often sounds more complicated than it really is. Anyone is free to contact me either in comments, or via discord (My Discord username is the same as here), and I'll do my best to explain, and walk you through how to use, liquidity pools. The mutual benefits of diesel/liquidity pools are truly amazing, and I want y'all to know about them, and to be able to reap some of those benefits.
Yesterday, Saturday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, a little before 2:30PM, putting my attention on some photography for my posts first, then straining and blending one of my experimental batches of kefir fermented in blended coconut meat and coconut water, and starting another round to ferment. When I had all that finished, I helped Ano unload his truck after his Friday cocoing (coconut harvesting off-property) trip, and then reload it for the Sunday market the next morning (today). With that finished, I took a short asset-management break up at the Flow House, after which I went to work in my nursery behind the Landing for a while, weeding. After finishing up there, I took a shower, then I made and ate some food (spiced-and-seasoned ground beef, eggs, onions, tomatoes, amaranth leaves, sea salt, olive oil) in the Landing, before heading back to the Flow House, with my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hand, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on notifications. I was able to get through everything by around 9:45PM, and after some asset management, I went to bed just before 11:30PM. I woke up quite late, just before 8AM, not having slept well for three days in a row, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 1:15PM, so quite a good time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my other few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House bit later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, and then community/land work. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until my Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update tomorrow morning! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go!
2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
