Yeah, it used to be a complete dump, that place, somewhere you didn't want to come even near after dawn. But now, it's nice to walk there and hang out, and take photo's :-)

That, I must admit, is something that Belgium is doing mostly well, especially in the bigger cities such as Antwerp. luckily.
Unfortunately, it often means that the actual problem (poverty) is mostly just hidden or moved..

Well that's good, or at least partly good if they're just hiding or moving the poverty. They need to work on the core issues, so that that kind of revival and renewal is authentic and not just a façade. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
