Oh, I know, and I was thinking about that too as I responded last night, I just didn't put it into words. Yes, Honeycomb/SPK is quite promising indeed, and I look forward to it being up and running, and fully functional. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

@savvytester has been trying to publish DLUX/SPK buy/sell offers for the past several weeks, but the transactions still don't get through according to them on the respective #Honeycomb network despite the custom JSONs getting published on the Hive blockchain. 🤯😅

!WEIRD !INDEED !HOPE !PIZZA !ALIVE

Well, then it sounds like their network still has a few important issues to resolve. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

It seems that there are no DLUX and DUAT nodes that are online and working properly. 🤔 The only #Honeycomb based nodes remaining are all at SPK. 🤯

While that's sad to hear about DLUX/DUAT, it's not at all surprising at of late. At least SPK is doing well. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I don't think that we can say that the SPK network is doing well, only that it is working. 🤯 @savvytester still can't successfully add buy and sell offers to the LARYNX token market which is the native token of the SPK network. 😅

savvyplayer, you mined 0.9 🟧 HBIT and the user you replied to (tydynrain) received 0.1 HBIT on your behalf as a tip. When you mine HBIT, you're also playing the Wusang: Isle of Blaq game. 🏴‍☠️

Sorry, but you didn't find a bonus treasure token today. Try again tomorrow...they're out there! Your random number was 0.794626050774788, also viewable in the Discord server, #hbit-wusang-log channel. | tools | wallet | discord | community | daily <><

Check for bonus treasure tokens by entering your username at a block explorer A, explorer B, or take a look at your wallet.
There is a treasure chest of bitcoin sats hidden in Wusang: Isle of Blaq. Happy treasure hunting! 😃 Read about Hivebits (HBIT) or read the story of Wusang: Isle of Blaq.

Ah, that's unfortunate to hear. I haven't kept close tabs on it, though I hope that they can get the network stable and functional soon. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Their "SPK files" (which can be accessed at https://www.dlux.io/storage/) sounds promising because they use a potentially decentralized cloud storage that doesn't cost anything except the credits from "SPK Power" which on Hive is similar to Resource Credits. 🤓 It's yet to be in production stage though. 🤯😅

!WINEX !ALIVE !WEIRD !INDEED !HOPE

That's exactly what Hive needs, decentralized data and media storage, so I very much hope that it goes live at some point soon. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Perhaps you would like to run your own SPK node (or a DLUX or DUAT node, but the networks of both nodes aren't working right now) which might help support the #Honeycomb SPK network! 😎😅

!PIZZA !ALIVE !HUG !STRIDE

Since I can only really run one laptop 24/7 with our present electrical resources, that's not feasible, as I've mentioned before. I am not going to try to run two nodes on the same system. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

When was the last time you tried to run a virtual machine (VM) on one of your laptops? 🤔 I would safely assume that you would use only Linux (and Android) OSes there. 😅

!PIZZA !HOPE !ALIVE !UNICOIN !HUG

I used to run Windows, and explore other distros of Linux in VMs, though I haven't had the need to use them in a good while, years at this point. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I think that you would use VMs if ever you decide to host other nodes (the #Honeycomb SPK node in this case), so that any problem with the node would unlikely affect your laptop itself (as you can simply shut down the VM in case it uses up more CPU and RAM than you expect). 🤓

My system's pretty hefty, 64GB of RAM, and a 13th-generation i9 processor, so I'm sure that the system itself could handle it, but it would also mean that I'd use a whole lot more bandwidth and data, which wouldn't be good, since I already use more than anyone else in the community. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

!LOLZ
!PIZZA

Running a #Honeycomb node would !INDEED use up significantly more bandwidth, as the last time @savvytester checked about 3 years ago when all of the SPK, DLUX, and DUAT networks were up, it takes roughly 1 GB per day to keep a node up, and that's after the initial sync which is somewhere between 5 to 20 GB. 💸🤯🤯😅

!WEIRD !HOPE !WINEX !ALIVE

Yep, exactly, that's precisely part of why I don't run more than one node, Qortal, which between it and updating my Arch Linux installations, uses a huge amount of bandwidth each month as it is now. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
