That's why it's best to host a (24/7) node only when there is ample time to monitor it (and fix it when a problem arises). ๐งโโ๏ธ

savvyplayer, you mined 0.9 ๐ง HBIT and the user you replied to (tydynrain) received 0.1 HBIT on your behalf as a tip. When you mine HBIT, you're also playing the Wusang: Isle of Blaq game. ๐ดโโ ๏ธ
Sorry, but you didn't find a bonus treasure token today. Try again tomorrow...they're out there! Your random number was 0.8328839134710518, also viewable in the Discord server, #hbit-wusang-log channel. | tools | wallet | discord | community | daily <>< Check for bonus treasure tokens by entering your username at a block explorer A, explorer B, or take a look at your wallet.Well, of course, that seems to be a given to me. ๐๐๐โจ๐ค

That's unless there is a zero maintenance node !INDEED (that is still useful)! ๐คฏ๐

A no-maintenance node would either be heavily simplified or AI-maintained. ๐๐๐โจ๐ค

I think that even an extremely simplified node that simply shows a "Hello, World!" text will go down if not maintained (even occasionally). ๐คฏ If it's AI-maintained, the AI itself needs maintaining (or it might go rogue)! ๐คฏ๐

My Qortal node is mostly no-maintenance, or at least very little maintenance. ๐๐๐โจ๐ค

Then hosting #Qortal nodes is good for people who want hosting nodes (particularly "sovereignty-driven" ones) with minimal maintenance !INDEED. ๐ You might want to share how many times per day (or per week) you check out your Qortal node. ๐ค

Yes, that's true. Qortal nodes are quite simple to run, and recent updates have increased the efficiency and resource use, so it just does its thing on my laptop without me even noticing that it's there, unless I look, of course. Well, since I'm at my laptop quite a lot, I keep track of my node in general, and do various things in the Qortal ecosystem via the Hub, which is a newer iteration of the UI. Usually I only really have to stop and restart my node periodically, due to an issue that is still being noodled out, but 90% of the time, I don't have to do anything at all. ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
