RE: “Is The Tide Turning My Friend!”😇 My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2026

My dad's parents lived in New Haven, Connecticut, near the ocean, and every summer I'd spend a good bit of time there, with trips to the beach a near daily routine. I spent many, many hours exploring tide pools and exposed rocks at low tide. There were so many cool critters! I'm glad to hear that you had a lovely sunny day at the ocean with Liz, my friend! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I have learned to be cautious about walking barefoot in tide pools!🙄
It's always a wonderful time at the ocean!!!👍😀

If you walk barefoot on or near pools, let's !HOPE that you won't lose your footwear somewhere out there !INDEED! 🤗

But you might get stung by a tidepool resident!!🤣😬

Even if someone has footwear !INDEED, there is still the chance that some "tidepool resident" would hit the legs instead! 🤯😅

OUCH........ Maybe stay out of tide pools!!😇

Wearing pants (for protection) while swimming is inconvenient !INDEED though! 🩳🤯😅

!LOLZ

Very inconvenient my friend!!!!😇

Wearing pants (and shirts) while diving is a different thing though, as it is required for deep swimming !INDEED. 🤔🤓

Indeed, my friend, and while that is something to keep in mind here in Hawai'i, back in Connecticut there weren't any problematic pool denizens! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

That’s very interesting!😇👍
I first discovered tide pools walking the beaches in Oregon…..
I quickly put my shoes back on!😬😳🙄

I imagine due to sea urchins! We didn't have any of those in the North East! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Yes the sea urchins hide out in the tide pools!🙄😳

Yep, they sure do, and at hiding, they are very good indeed! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

And then they find you.......🙄😳
