My Way of Coping with Stress

I think this will be a good topic that I will be sharing to you because this is about avoiding stress. I had and experience about stress before and up until recently but I tell you that it's not good to become stress overtime.

Yeah, I mean that stress gives you nothing but a very bad day, days, or even weeks. Sometimes, you cannot even sleep at night not realizing that you have stress and overthinking about anything that goes through your mind.

It's a pain in the ass to have a stress alone, while sometimes that even I didn't realize that I have stress until I thought of something that made me think about it like why didn't I think about that and thinking that it was really a stress.

Overcoming it? uhh, I think it depends on how you overcome the stress that you were having but one thing that makes me overcome is to have something to listen and talk to about the feelings that you have in your heart and your mind because that will release some of the stress.

Even though that it's not totally erase the stress but it will lessen your burden itself on speaking it to someone maybe your friends, colleagues, or even your family than to not speaking it and it will make worse for your stress.

While blurting out the stress that you have, you can also talk to that person that you have on your mind so that you can be at ease but as for me that I'm too shy to talk to it, I will keep myself busy as much as possible and tell to myself that it's not good to think that over and over and over again because it will me stress in the first place if I think that again and again.

But, there were times that it cannot be avoided to not think that makes it imprinted not in our hearts but also in our minds about that stress that we got through, but we just need to forgive someone if someone makes you stress or to forgot that something that makes you stress.

Just do not go to the path that makes you stress more and more. Well, there were times that the stress that gave me from someone makes me work harder than before. I will think of this stress that gave me as a challenge that I need to overcome and doing the best out of it to not stress anymore as the time goes by.

Stress might give us headache or negative vibes but don't be consume by that stress because it will make you weak and it's not good for your health if you think about stress every day.

A good way to overcome stress is to do your hobbies or do something that makes you happy because that way, you cannot think about stress anymore.

We need to have a positive mind to have a positive outcome. The more negative thoughts that you have, the more negative outcomes that you will expect. !wine
