oh my, street food.. I love street food š, yum yum! Everytime I'm burned out with my weekly tasks, I sometimes take time to go out and grab a bit of my favorite street food.. Some street food vendors here in my country sell fried sweet potatoes with caramelized sugar coating.. But I've never seen fried yam.. I wonder what it would taste like if we switch the sweet potatoes to yam, then fry them and coat them with candied sugar š¤£, I think that would taste interesting.. Business idea?? š
