I agree with you that Charity is not dependant on the balance of the account, It depends on the mentality of people.

I believe the mindsets of every individual determine what they chooses.

        Indeed, mindset determined the thing. Some people think that they would help if they have a good financial backup, but in reality, it's not the truth because if they want, they can offer help even if it's a little.
