So many little treasures when you look closely! I have seen a few mushrooms lately but haven’t stopped to take a picture to share. Hopefully they are still there when I return despite the hot dry weather.

        Hot + dry is probably no-go for mushrooms. 😉 We have the last 4 weeks almost non-stop rains and no sun, without the 'hot' part there isnt too much... but folks say some chantarelles aleady have appeared!
