Did you get the air out of the Salomon water bladder, I hate listening to the slosh when I am trying to run !LOL and were you able to consume that my jels, hopefully they have improved, I used to have trouble stomaching them after 5 or 6. I suppose I just did not practice using them enough.

Haha yeah, I forgot to take the air out of the bladder. Luckely I had music on as a nice distraction. I can take the gels without to much issues, I had planned to use the sandwich as a test around 2h 45min but I felt the need for some solid food! While the snickers (and chocomilk) are basically my go to recovery meal (within 5 min of finish), I tried them during the run - nutrition wise they are too heavy but a real bite was very welcome - will try the Cliff line as a better substitute next time!
