What I mean is that if you ever say that you finally have free time, then I would find it good news, though is weird indeed. 🤯😅
I sometimes do have "free time" but I fill it up inmediately with thing I haven't been able to do before.... !wine !HOPE !STRIDE
It looks like we may have arrived at a paradox, where someone who has "free time" would no longer have such time when he/she assigns an activity (usually something he/she loves to do) to do on that time. 🧘♂️🤯 Let's ask @tydynrain about this (and !HOPEfully, you two would talk to each other again)! !INDEED !WEIRD !PIZZA

Not bad at all, allthough I need to confess that I don't feel comfortable with theis Achilles heel injury I'm suffering for a couple of weeks already keeping me out from running. I'm trying to maintain shape a bit by cycling and swimming, which I anyway would need to do to train for the triathlons, but without to run it's quite difficult! !wine !HUG
That's good to hear, but ouch about your heel injury. At least you're adapting your training to your present capability level. I do hope that it heals quickly, my friend. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
