RE: Veggie burgers and more soon to be banned - Veggie-Burger und mehr bald verboten

nice take on this. I dont think a full ban is needed because from a cost side, every rename means new packaging, shelf labels and maybe ads, so brands will pass that on to buyers, which feels rough if the goal is just clarity. I like your idea to coin fresh names though, Vegadelle sounds fun and Pflantzel is quirky, that could make the difference very very obvious without banning common words. Clear front labels and big veg badges plus creative names keeps it fair for everyone :)

The manufacturers themselves are to blame for the costs. Why was the term “schnitzel” written in capital letters, but ‘vegetarian’ in smaller ones? Logically, “vegetarian” should have been written in larger letters, since that's what's being sold and not a schnitzel.

Besides, something like this costs next to nothing; it's done all the time—new packaging, new texts, new campaigns.

And if they're done well, they stick in your mind even decades later.
