3 The beauty of everyday life and the wisdom of being grateful.

Happy day, afternoon, or evening to all readers who take a minute to read the guest authors' posts. On this occasion, I would like to leave a message of thanks, a message that reflects gratitude towards blockchain in particular, but above all to all the people who make a great effort and do all the work involved in keeping us united and functioning properly.

It is very normal and common that, amid the stress of everyday life, we begin to ignore the good things we have, the things for which we should be eternally grateful.

We are in an era where technology has enveloped every corner of the planet, and during this holiday season, this human coldness becomes more apparent in crowded places where approximately 90 out of every 100 people are more attentive to their cell phones than to the people in front of them. This message bothers me. I don't want to sound like I'm making a social critique or anything like that, because it has nothing to do with that. I'm just emphasizing how important it is to keep our brains focused. I'm not quite sure what this word means, "focused," since we are being trained to be distracted and full of stimuli, most of which come from the cell phone in our hands.

Having said that, and holding my cell phone myself, I am going to write this in gratitude to all the people who have left their messages on social media, those people who matter to me despite the distance. Their human warmth is still present and latent. I hope that each of us finds inner health that allows us to be grateful for our surroundings. Past situations don't matter; what matters is what you are doing today, what you are working on, and the effort you are putting into building your future, a better future.

These photographs were taken this morning when I left home and saw that bright blue sky. All these thoughts came to my mind. Beauty is always present, but with so many thoughts, we are usually distracted and blind to these small details. When we concentrate and observe carefully, we see that life continues on its path without giving time a break.

Let's continue building life on the blockchain, but let's not forget to build a real life around the people we love and appreciate.

We are just a few days away from the end of 2025, and I'm sure those of you reading this have some unfulfilled goals this year, some things that you couldn't achieve, whether they be dreams, ideas, or important changes in your routine. Normally, these types of desires are very close to that inner desire to improve our physical and mental health. In my case, I need to know how to exercise regularly. I notice some changes, not only in my breathing and my muscles, but also in the way my entire body flows with the bloodstream. You can feel a noticeable decrease in stress, which results in much clearer and more focused thoughts.
