Hey @svanbo , how is your health now?

You always inspires me with your acts, like you always get over 5 thousands of Actifit steps and many other things to keep yourself busy and healthy.

Always take care of yourself, as you might have heard a famous quote, "Health is wealth."
I also would love to invite you to buy and hold !PAKX , because it has great potential, you can buy it here.

My friend told me the same tonight about health. Be happy that you can still do sports, leave the running because you're destroying the rest as well now :-(
Ik nknow he's telling the truth but I can't leave it just like that !LOL !wine

It is very difficult to suddenly stop a routine you have been following for a long time. Therefore, try introducing a one-day break where you used to run daily; then gradually extend the interval to two days, three days, four days, and eventually a week.

This makes the process easier—after all, "health is wealth," and what use is wealth if you do not have your health?

one-day break? I'd sign immediately for thawt, even for a 2- or 3-day break...
The truth is that at teh moment I can run max 1x per week. And even from this I don't seem to recover...
!STRIDE !HOPE !wine

Once a week is good for health, but "should not be a long run". Small tracks could be enough, to maintain your health...
