Two days swimming + running of the weather (and of course my body) allows it. Today we start with endurance. First 2* Costa d'en Blanes - about 800-1000m swimming and after that quickly to the track /cross for 11km at 5'/km running. That'll cause some muscle pain but the next three days will be on low volume before the triathlon on Sunday...
