Run and swim: June 5 2026

6km continuous running today. Pain and slow. Swimming not too much, 1000m because it's the second day in suffering stomach pains and cramps, which surprisingly are getting better when doing sports lol

Would like to try this Shogayaki. I wonder what @mizuosemla thinks about this...
