Last chance for my daughter to reach the minimum for the Spanish championships at these Balearic individuals. Despite a bronze medal at the 400m hurdles and gold in the 4x400m with her team no Spanish championship for her this year. Too bad.
For me some swimming before and some @cycling in between today. Bufff 35 degrees Celsius
