More @cycling today. I'm not used to this on a Friday but since tomorrow I'll swim in Ibiza, I can't run and my children aren't with me today, I've not been driving all the way to Calviá, but went for a ride instead. Still too tired to be good and that won't be better tomorrow, having to wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning to travel...
At least we'll spend the day in Ibiza, in maybe my last competition. Depending on what the specialist knee doctor will tell me at 19th August...
I was planning to take the Cannondale but noticed that there could side a problem with the tyre and took my training bike. It's a big advantage to have two bikes :-)
