My wife has been baking different sourdough recipes. It is something she just started doing a couple months ago as a hobby. I really enjoy it.

As far as getting up and watching the sunrise? Still enjoy a cup of coffee and watching it come up myself. Think the days always start well that way.

Kids grow fast. Not as fast as baby birds persay, but fast. But there is more to enjoy with them after they are grown as well.

        Nothing but a hit cup of coffee in refreshing chill of a very early morning. When I was still doing all the work at the bakery, that was usually my moment. Bread in the oven, everything shaped, so I sat down on the steps to the street, drank a cup, listened to the birds and enjoyed the tranquility.
