It rained! All day long. And SO much. It was impressive to see the flood on the street. And it was necessary. We had a streak of very hit and sunny days (awesome!), and the soil needed refreshment. I was particularly happy because I had just finished my compost, and was hoping for some moisture to kick off the fermentation and such.
Ellie and I stayed in bed until 2pm. It was awesome. After that, I took a nice walk. I recorded parts of it in the Actifit app, just to try that new feature. It did not record the steps, but the map was precise.
Ellie's cousin is an artist and actress, and was presenting a piece about marriage and the stereotypes around it, the expectations and reality in our current society. We got tickets and had a lot of fun.
After that, we had a beer with friends of mine. One of them has two kids that are good friends with Lily. She told me that Lily's mom had blocked her, too. Probably because Lily wanted to see the twins.
