The HBD supply vs savings rate relationship in April is worth watching closely. If savings APR stays at 15% while HBD supply contracts, it suggests the yield is still attractive enough to hold, but new issuance isn't keeping pace. That's not necessarily bearish — it could mean HBD is being held longer-term rather than cycled. Would be interesting to see the average HBD savings hold time as a companion metric.
