RE: New Community - "Mildly Infuriating"

in Ecency8 days ago (edited)

Òmg, I have one toxic encounter at the workplace that I wanted to share on that community. I wanted to vent on the frustrations of managing people, but assuming I put up that post that day, it would have been very aggressive 😤 because I faced serious frustration with a dept.
I chose to calm down and write it when I'm a little bit calm. I even avoided the social media to maintain balance.

It is a good thinking !INDEED to avoid publishing about a (very) frustrating event on the day you experienced it, and instead just publish it about a week afterwards to avoid using (very) strong words. 🧘‍♂️🤓 !HOPE !WEIRD !ALIVE !PIXY

Thank you for that support. That issue was raised again yesterday at the meeting. It raised dust but it is still being treated.
Anyways, that's by the way.
I have a pile of notifications to attend to.

I suggest that you type down your rants on a note app (which not only makes you not forget, but is also useful to help reduce negative emotions), but not publish it immediately until after a week has passed and you have filtered out (very) strong words !INDEED. 🧘‍♂️🤓 !HOPE !ALIVE !PIXY

Hmmm, part it was what i unleashed in my write-up on the a tale of a Chimpanzee in the office.
!LOLZ but that just by the way. Maybe it is time for me to put up the post 📫 🤔
