We do something called a seafood "potjie." Look, potjies can be made from pretty much anything, like lamb, beef, pork or chicken, but I love the seafood ones. A potjie pot is where all the magic happens. It's a big wrought iron thig - look a bit like a witches pot, that we place over hot cols and let cook for a few hours while we warm up and get a bit "toasted" over good conversation before digging in!
