Today, we're announcing a new feature that will allow anyone to earn DUO!
DUO Post to Earn Program
We all started with nothing on Hive and worked our way up to where we're at now. Those struggles made us stronger and more successful as we learned and grew. What if it didn't have to be as much of a struggle?
The DUO Post to Earn Program aims to help with this! The program is open to anyone who would like to participate.
How It Works
Step 1: Set @duo-curator as 10% post beneficiary.
Step 2: Post about anything you want, in any community you want. Write about what interests YOU!
Step 3: Post the link to your post in our Discord to get credit: https://discord.gg/P5pFF2HxqZ
Step 4: Get stacked DUO with a 5% bonus after the post payout worth the value of the post rewards @duo-curator gets from the post
What Do I Do with The DUO?
You can stake the DUO or sell it. If you stake at least 200 DUO you become eligible for curation on your posts AND daily dividends paid in HIVE! The more you stake, the greater the rewards!
It's as simple as that! Do what you love and came to Hive to do anyway: create amazing content, but with a bonus!
How to Set A Beneficiary
ECENCY APP
Click the "Settings" icon for your post.
Next, look for the Beneficiaries section.
Click "Add Account." Put "10" for the percent and "duo-curator" for the "Username." Then, click the blue checkmark.
Now, click "Done."
You're ready to post!
ECENCY WEBSITE
Navigate to where you are ready to publish a post. Click the three black dots in the upper right corner.
Click "Beneficiaries."
Type in "duo-curator" for the Username and "10" for the percentage. Then, click the blue "+" icon.
Once it looks like the image below, you can click "Close" and write your post!
PEAKD
Navigate to where you will start creating your post. Scroll past the box where your content goes.
Look for a box that says "Topics" and click the Settings icon to the right of it.
This opens up Advanced Options. Click on the icon to the right of the section titled, "Beneficiaries."
Type in "duo-curator" in the box for the "Username" and click the black/gray "+" icon until the percentage is set to "10%."
Once entered, click the green "+" icon to add this.
Click "Save" and you're all set to post!
