I averaged 7 hours and 39 minutes of sleep last week.Slowly working my way into being active again, and staying relatively consistent with exercises. Between being busy with work and having decision paralysis about how to reengage after a long break, I've been procrastinating just starting back up again.Tbh, overall I'm just coasting through the rest of the challenge atp and trying to salvage/recover what little of a routine I have left. I'm looking forward to trying to finish as strong as possible.
