I set up a better night time routine and my sleep has become more consistent
I was able to stop sleeping with my phone by simply removing the charger from my bedroom, now the phone's place is in another room at night
I realized a lot of my time was being eaten up by constant thoughts of hypothetical conversations with bad faith actors, now I'm just shutting down those thoughts by telling myself that trash isn't real.
