Had a heavy setback today but decided to stick to the basics and the habits that helped me thus far, I've returned to baseline and I'm glad I didn't let the bad few hours turn into a bad day or worse. I always use the Seldom time the day has left to do something that future me will be grateful for later, even if it’s rough. Old motivations, influences, songs and everything else that got me to this point are what I return to.
