The account was blacklisted and will receive blacklist markers on all posts. Blacklists markers will not be removed from the account as the community needs to be visually notified that the account is blacklisted. Otherwise, the backlist makes no sense.
The account is blacklisted for abuse and we will not make exception for your alter account and remove it from the blacklist without going through appeal.
It is irrelevant if the account stopped abusing after it was blacklisted or not. The blacklist are removed after successful appeal in Discord.
