The problem is that I don't like the gym and less for chest and arm exercises !LOL !wine

Maybe you can decide to simply obtain your own equipment for chest/arm exercises and use them at your own residence (and maybe also office) !INDEED. 🤔🏋️😅 !WEIRD !HOPE !PIZZA
