Have a wonderful and healthy mountain run league my friend!!π
What a fantastic way to get your healthy @actifit steps today!!ππ
Thanks. It's great and it is a great friendly athmosphere over there :-)
The only problem with the @actifit steps is that the last time that I checked they don't have a Garmin or Strava integration and thus (while I'm not carrying my smartphone with me), my steps don't get counted !INDEED !STRIDE !wine
Good news my friend the latest android update will indeed count your steps for @actifit with Garmin and Strava and thousands of other wearables that count steps!!
Make sure you update the latest version and let us know what you think!!π
Oooooh Finally!!! That is great news!!!! My only question is how it will synchronize and update...?...
Because when now I go to #Actifit and "yesterday", there's no update of my steps....
Do I need to do or adjust something? I'll definitely take a look for an update of the app soon, but it should get updated automatically....

I checked with the @actifit team this is what you need to do..................
"You can sync your data to health connect, and from within the appon the main page they switch to health connect, and click the cloud button to sync data"
I hope this helps my friend!π
Hi I checked with the team leader of Actifit Mcfarhat and this is what he said...........
" health connect comes prebundled with android 14+, but users with older android version can install it (android 9-13)"
I hope this helps my friendπ
I've got version 16, so no problem. I've been checking out what this "health connect" is and where to find it. And I connected. Immediately my steps from today seem to have synchronized. Great... Now I've got about 12000 steps instead of 1500 !LOL !wine
Thanks a lot mate. I hope @poliac will start again with the steps competition. From now on I can compete in a normal way!
That's awesome to hear my friend, glad it is working out for you!!!ππ€
I am also hoping that @poliac starts back up as well, he runs a great competition!!π
I am running an iPhone, but I will pass this information on to the @actifit team and see what I can find out my friend!!ππ
Very true my friend..... unfortunately I think Garmin somehow can be "Gamed" for steps from what I understand!
That's why I use a Fitbit, it tends to give me more accurate steps than my smartphone!!ππ
It looks like with the new @actifit Android update the steps are counting correctly my friend!!ππ
