Looks like running as a form of exercise is one of the only few ways you have to remain in shape !INDEED. 🤔🤯🤓 !WEIRD !HOPE !WINEX

There are other ways as well, of course, but they won't keep me in shape for running (again afterwards) !WEIRD !HOPE !INDEED

That means no walking (briskly), jogging, among other similar activities that involve mostly the lower body as a good alternative to simply running. 🤔🤯😅 !WEIRD !LOLZ

Just no running !INDEED but that is difficult like I have been explaining before... !wine !STRIDE

I wonder if you are considering consulting a personal trainer to help you exercise despite your knee and calf pain !INDEED. 🤔🏃‍♂️🧘‍♂️🤓 !LOLZ

I'm not. I've been looking up some exercises and explanations, and I even don't find enough time to look to them all, not to mention to do enough of them... On the other hand I'm trying to do some on the go, I keep on cycling every now and than, and I'll hot the gym a couple of times more as well... !HOPE !wine !BBH
