I love how you woke up before the alarm, full of energy and longing to get back to your kids and team. That feeling of being seen, needed and part of something bigger, that is rare and precious. The new colleague sounds so kind and committed, I can just feel the peace and gratitude ending your day. You are doing meaningful work and it shows.
