Not too strenuous of a day as my run was only around 5km in addition to a couple of 2 mile walks in the morning and afternoon.
Just the usual 2 miles walking out and back to the Humane animal shelter which is just enough for Lulu to take care of her bathroom needs and check out any new smells (or the occasional rabbit).
My run was the up roads and then down narrow trail back around to home. I was feeling pretty good from the start so the trail section was a smooth cruise as I wound down through the scrubby woods.
A fun 2 miles hiking along the Verde River with Lulu. A few dog walkers were also out there so Lulu was happy.
It was tranquil along the river with quite a few ducks floating along and song birds flying around 
the trees.
A good day to be outside enjoying Mother Nature.
