I can't believe it. My calf is hiring do much that I cannot run on it :-(
This from 8km at a controlled pace in a controlled environment and after resting ("not running") during the weekend.... My knees obviously still hurt but how can I get troubles in my calf after such a long time not running much and going in slow motion, meanwhile doing exercises just and exactly to avoid this once I'd be running again?!? Sooooo frustrating!
