RE: Cheat Day "Once in a Week"

I do my exercises at home, too, but I just follow this app. It's a nice app and it's free. Like real free. It has no adverts nor promotion for upgrades. Its name is Down Dog HIIT. It has sister apps, too, like yoga, meditation, pilates, etc. I like it because there's no fix sequence of exercises. So, you won't get bored since it's unpredictable. It's highly customizable and easy to follow. There's nice music, too!

I've been using it for a few months already. I can't say I lost weight significantly, but my legs and arms got stronger. I do exercise 4-6 times a week for 30mins. Depending on my schedule. But as much as possible I try my best to do it at least 4 times. If I don't have the motivation, I tell myself: "Do it if you want to heal your brain." And even if I'm very lazy, I do it. It's hard to be consistent but I always try again and again.

It's better to have stopped many times but always start again than to be consistent at first but when stopped, give up entirely.

yeah sometimes we are so lazy and the body burn out. But, yeah i think 30 minutes everyday is enough. I just workout 5 days in a week. I need to recover my muscle on Saturday and Sunday. And yeah i need time to spend with my family too.
