Haha yeah probably little more than I had today :) just did a 15 kn recovery run, which was without heavy legs but also with some fatigue / low-ish on energy and now my right knee is making itself known (no pain but a valuable signal)
Will probably just take full rest tomorrow and an easy run on Tuesday so I will be ready on Wednesday again! 🙌
