Absolutely. That's why I'm trying to go for cycling and swimming, and I'm trying to do some exercises for my Achilles heel and thighs !INDEED !HOPE !wine

!HOPE that such alternative exercises to running make you feel (much) less pain in your body (and actually helps address the cause itself of the pain)! 🤗😏 !LOLZ

Looks like running as a form of exercise is one of the only few ways you have to remain in shape !INDEED. 🤔🤯🤓 !WEIRD !HOPE !WINEX

There are other ways as well, of course, but they won't keep me in shape for running (again afterwards) !WEIRD !HOPE !INDEED
