That's great news on the negative metastasis outside the nodes! Hopefully they will be able to completely cure it! Absolutely awesome news!

On the running front glad to hear that 50k didn't leave you injured. I bet it felt great to get out and clear your head though. Keep those spirits up and those are some great pictures you snapped. Beautiful place, very flat, but beautiful!
