Haha yeah, I forgot to take the air out of the bladder. Luckely I had music on as a nice distraction. I can take the gels without to much issues, I had planned to use the sandwich as a test around 2h 45min but I felt the need for some solid food! While the snickers (and chocomilk) are basically my go to recovery meal (within 5 min of finish), I tried them during the run - nutrition wise they are too heavy but a real bite was very welcome - will try the Cliff line as a better substitute next time!
