Yesterday's cycling was so noticable in my legs today, so I decided to take it easy and do a slow 10k with Victor su the University cross grounds instead of going to the track for the first time of the season. Anyway I still need to take care with my heel and I don't want to push it one week before I finally l'll have my first triathlon competition of this season.
