Championships Triatle today which considered in shooting-running-shooting-running-shooting-swimming-running. Running each time 600m and swimming 100m in the sea.
I ended up more injured than that I've arrived, so I only started the second race and didn't even start the mixed relays... Meaning that for me physically it hasn't been a hard day :-(
My daughter ended 🥈 in her category, which is U17, and my son got a good result as well in his U13, even though both have been shooting better already...
Mixed relays elite (for my daughter) in the end got cancelled because it was getting late and the ambulance had been sent away already... Unbelievable for a championship...
Anyway... Tomorrow mixed relays for my daughter for the Spanish Lisa and a nice dinner to end the day...
