Bruised ribs??!?: November 14 2025

in Actifit7 days ago

I wonder how but it practically can only be because of playing with my kids in the evening. I went to sleep with pain in my right side lower ribs and woke up with the impossibility to turn around or to get out of my bed in a normal way... :-(

One bad movement? A hit in the wromg place at the wrong moment? Fact is that this is bad news... I tried to run slowly but it's producing a lot of pain, tried with elliptical for half an hour but this is extremely boring.

Ayer that in the pool... Freestyle impossible, breast stroke was possible to do more or less painless for 500-600m, I continue till 1000m but my back started to feel sour...

Tomorrow I'll try to do some cycling. I need to find things to do to keep a little bit in shape. Next week the local cross country competitions will start...

They say that pain is an indication of something wrong (which applies not only for physical pain, but also for emotional ones) !INDEED. 🧘‍♂️ I wonder when you would visit a physician for that (even if I know it would cost you). 💸👨‍⚕️🤓 !HOPE !WEIRD !PIZZA

Ribs is such a place on your body where pain is hard to dertermine, estimate and locate.
This means that any medical would recommend rest in the first place (in combination with light movements), that's what I'm trying to do now already. To rest, like in "avoid impact and painful movements" and trying to continue to do painless movements !wine !HUG !BBH

Let's just !HOPE that whatever is causing the pain in your chest is not serious at all, and would !INDEED require only rest. 🤗 !WEIRD !PIZZA !ALIVE

It's getting better now, but still not good enough to run. This means that it sin't too serious probably !LOL !Wine
