Today I could feel again how much I hate the gym, especially when doing it on my own and being limited in my movements....
Half an hour crosstrainer and 20 minutes light biking to have at least the feeling that I've been doing something, and on Wednesday it won't be different because from the very first step I tried to run I was aware I can't. Very bad feeling with the 10k coming up in two weeks and the half marathon in 4 weeks :-(
