Trying some laser run: May 5 2026

Back to jaar run training and training to run a few meters. No success. Shooting not so good meanwhile.... Not a good day. At least I did the monkey bars "per three" for the first time(s). This means taking three bars at the time, which would be the real distance in competition.

Took some oysters today hmmmmm
