higher resistance cross trainer: May 6 2026

I tried to level up the resistance with the cross trainer a bit and started the leg press. It's a very long process but I try to lift myself up with these small pieces of progress...

Afterwards my daughter did a very bad 800m. Also still knee problems. Her coach days it's from growing. I don't know any more what to believe
