Triple Gold for my girl: 2000m steeple, 400m hurdles and 4x 400m. There's progress, but with 7'37" and only one more shot next week it'll be difficult to come best 7'20" on the steeple. 1'09" in the hurdles without progress is not great knowing that she'll need 1'05" to qualify for the Spanish championships. We'll work towards next week and some more 400m hurdles in the next couple of weeks but tomorrow it's first triathlon time ....
