Even if it is really difficult for you to stick to, the more you are able to sleep for (at least) 8 hours a day (preferably during the night, not at random opportunities during the day), the lower the chance of you needing another "mandatory rest" again. 🧘‍♂️🤗 !HOPE !INDEED !WEIRD !PIZZA !ALIVE
